Transformation Station works to not only serve our individual students and make a difference in their lives through dance but to also have a positive impact on our community. We offer a variety of events for the Northwest Arkansas region that highlight our students and our ongoing programs, as well as enrich our community.
Our various outreach programs provide us a way to use dance to positively impact non-dancers. Whether we hold classes and workshops for school groups or help connect community groups with a choreographer, we want to reach out to our community in a way that exposes people to the possibilities in dance and makes a difference for others. If you have a need that you think we can fill, please reach out and we will see what we can make happen!
Our community events are “in the community and for the community.” From our flash mobs to performing at local farmer’s markets, to encouraging nursing home residents, we want to serve the community where we live. Do you have a community event or organization where we could be a positive asset? Give us a call!
As we grow, we have a deep desire to become the “station” for many community members that go beyond the transformative and healing power of dance. We partner with individuals and organizations throughout the community to offer positive workshops with topics including horticulture, arts and music, and health. Have a workshop that you think is a good fit? Please reach out to us and we’d love to discuss the options.
